Welcome to MeseSibe Cleaning Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and MeseSibe Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," or "us").

Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement. Our services include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning solutions as described on our website.

All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service areas or capabilities.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests: Customers can book services through our website, phone, or email. All bookings require confirmation from our team.

Scheduling Changes: Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee of RM 50.

Access Requirements: Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is denied or unavailable, standard cancellation fees apply.

Pricing and Payment

Service prices are provided as estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual property conditions and service requirements discovered during the initial assessment.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

Late Payments: Overdue accounts may incur late fees of 1.5% per month on unpaid balances after 30 days.

Service Standards and Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. However, certain limitations apply:

  • We do not clean items of significant value, antiques, or fragile collectibles without specific instructions
  • Hazardous materials, biological waste, and certain stains may require specialized treatment at additional cost
  • Pet waste cleanup, hoarding situations, and post-construction cleaning may require special pricing
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property information and access details
  • Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or personal items before service
  • Ensuring pets are secured during cleaning sessions
  • Providing safe working conditions for our staff
  • Reporting any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

Insurance and Liability

MeseSibe Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. Our liability coverage protects against damages caused by our negligence during service delivery. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to standard cleaning services and does not cover customer preference issues or requests for additional services not included in the original agreement.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our staff are trained to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 7 days written notice. Customers remain responsible for payment of services already rendered.

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for safety concerns, abusive behavior, or non-payment of services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Penang, Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to existing customers via email or phone.
